1.Precise temperature and pressure control system:

The closed-loop temperature control technology is adopted, covering a temperature range from room temperature to 300℃/500℃ (customizable for high-temperature models). The temperature and pressure control accuracy is 0.1℃/0.1T. The uniform heating surface design ensures that the sample is heated without any dead zones, perfectly replicating the process conditions of material melting, cross-linking, and curing.

2. Pressure/Temperature Stability:

The pressure can be set to manual or automatic mode. The pressure range is 0-30T (customizable as needed). There is no limit to the holding and insulation time. It can be set to 30 adjustable segments for continuous temperature and pressure control – with a heating rate, set at per minute/℃. This enables the easy formation of films or molds for samples of different hardness and thickness, and is compatible with various materials such as plastics, rubber, and composite materials.

3. Intelligent and convenient operation:

7-inch touch LCD screen / Chinese and English interface can be switched. The PCB control program automatically converts and displays the pressure (MPa) that the sample is subjected to.The program has a fault reporting and emergency stop function for mechanical failures. If the mold temperature exceeds 50℃, the temperature controller will automatically prompt “Be careful of heat protection”. Completely ensures the experimental operation.。

4. Compact and durable design:

A small laboratory-specific body that saves countertop space; resistant to high temperatures and wear and tear, maintaining stable performance over a long period of use, reducing maintenance costs. Four-column positioning and insulation design, with heating for both upper and lower panels, and upper panel screw rod suspension design/electroplated polished panel.
