Operating Procedure

Bidirectional pressure cylindrical open mold is suitable for powder samples with relatively high hydraulic density requirements.
The mold solves the problem of sample expansion and deformation during the mold withdrawal process by quickly opening the mold jacket.
Mold size: diameter 3–20mm. Special mold sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.

  1. Assemble the mold according to the mold operation diagram and pack the sample inside the cavity.

  2. Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press and press to the required pressure of the sample.

  3. Place the mold on the hydraulic press and separate the mold sleeve from the mold inner core with a lead screw.

  4. Remove the mold from the hydraulic press and gently remove the sample.
