Circular Valve Pressing Die 2-100mm HMK-Y
Circular Valve Pressing Die Features
The Circular Valve Pressing Die is designed for precise molding of cylindrical or irregularly shaped powder samples. The die body is made of 440C die steel (quenched to 90°C), while the indenter achieves a hardness of HRC68–HRC70, ensuring durability and stable performance.
This split or composite die typically consists of 3–4 inner cores forming the die cavity. Rectangular open dies are suitable for slender strips, while circular open dies handle cylindrical samples or materials that are difficult to form. The die is simple to operate, allows fast film retreat speed, and can be customized in different specifications according to user requirements. It is suitable for powder samples with a thickness greater than 6 mm.
This reliable pellet die is widely used in laboratories and material research, and for applications requiring high precision and repeatable results, the Circular blown dies series provides additional options for various sample shapes.

Operating Procedure
The cylindrical open-flap mold is suitable for molding ultra-fine powders or samples that are prone to cracking in layers.
It solves the problem of incomplete molding caused by sample expansion and deformation during demolding by quickly opening the mold jacket.
Mold sheet size: diameter 3–60mm. Special mold sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
-
Assemble the mold according to the mold operation diagram and pack the sample inside the cavity.
-
Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press and press to the required pressure.
-
Disassemble the mold according to the mold film withdrawal process diagram, place it in the hydraulic press, and push the sample out of the mold sleeve with the lead screw.
-
Remove the mold from the hydraulic press and take out the sample.
