Q: Are you a factory?
A: Yes we are a factory with more than 10 years manufacturing experience.
Q: How long is your warranty? How do you deal with it after warranty if have any problem.
A: Our warranty period is one year. After the warranty period, we still provide lifetime after-sales service and we will be at your service at any time. If the problem is easy to solve, we will show you how to solve it through a video. If the problem is difficult to solve, we will arrange an engineer to assist you.
Q: How do you control the quality before delivery?
A: First, our component suppliers will test the products before shipment. In addition, our quality control team will test the performance and running speed of the machine before shipment. If you are busy, we sincerely invite you to come to the factory to inspect the machine in person. We will take a video to record the testing process and send it to you.
Q: Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using themachine?
A: Our machines are designed to be very easy to operate. Before shipment, we’ll send you an introductory video explaining the machine’s features and how to use it. We can also arrange for an engineer to visit your factory to help you install and test the machine and instruct your staff on how to use it.
