The SAT series infrared automatic tablet press is driven by hydraulic power. It has a fast upper pressing speed and can control pressure in 5 segments. It is suitable for pressing powder samples for infrared spectrometers. It can be paired with infrared tablet molds. This product can be compatible with all brands of Fourier transform infrared spectrometers.

It can be equipped with infrared pressing molds, making it compatible with IR hydraulic press dies for easy and efficient sample pressing.
Compact Design with Enhanced Safety Features
The SAT-2A/10A features a compact design with dimensions of 230 × 450 × 420 mm and weighs 85 kg, making it suitable for laboratory environments with limited space. It includes a 7-inch touch screen for easy operation and data management, storing up to 10,000 historical operation records that can be exported via USB. Safety is prioritized with a 100mm high-strength aluminum oxide plate and 6mm plexiglass door, along with automatic pressure relief if the system exceeds maximum pressure limits.

Operating Procedure

Load the sample into the mold and assemble the mold.

Place the mold into the hydraulic press and tighten the lead screw.

Press Settings to enter the pressure setting screen.

Press Set Pressure to set the pressure value.

Set the sample shape according to Mold Type.

Press Mold Diameter to set the sample diameter.

Return to the home screen and press Start to begin increasing the pressure.

When the set pressure is reached, the system automatically maintains the pressure and then automatically releases it.

Remove the mold and retrieve the sample.

Test the sample in an infrared spectrometer.
