What Is an Automatic Fluorescent Pressing Machine?
Automatic fluorescent pressing machine (model: FTP-X series) is a sample preparation device specifically designed for fluorescence spectroscopy analysis experiments. Its core function is to press powdered samples (such as ores, alloys, soils, medicines, etc.) into uniform-density and smooth-surfaced sheet-like test samples through an electrically hyd press machine, ensuring stable sample signals and accurate data during fluorescence detection. The equipment integrates intelligent program control, precise pressure control, USB data export, and safety protection technologies, and is widely used in laboratory scenarios in fields such as geological exploration, materials science, environmental monitoring, pharmaceuticals, and food testing.

Structure of equipment (device)
The equipment is mainly composed of the main body of the machine, the control system, the hydraulic system, the mold components and the safety protection device. The functions of each core component are as follows:
Mainframe body: Made of high-strength steel cast as a single piece, with high-strength aluminum plates, providing stable support and reducing the impact of equipment vibration during pressurization on the accuracy of tablet pressing.
Control system: 7-inch LCD touch screen, integrating parameter setting, adjustable 5-stage stepwise pressure increase, data query functions, supporting Chinese and English switching, and automatic pressure conversion.
Hydraulic system: Hydraulic pump and pressure sensor are used to achieve precise pressure output and real-time feedback. The hydraulic oil uses special anti-wear hydraulic oil (Type 68).
Die components: Standardly equipped with a built-in 40-32mm borax mold + funnel + small hammer (customizable as needed). The mold is made of 440C high-hardness mold steel (quenched hardness of 85°)
Safety protection device: Emergency stop switch + steel plate protection + plexiglass protective cover. The hydraulic cylinder will automatically release pressure when it exceeds the limit height. When the system pressure reaches the safety pressure set by this machine, it will automatically release pressure. Emergency stop function (customizable dual protection,safety lock, the equipment cannot be started when not closed).
Installation requirements
Site conditions: Select a level and sturdy experimental table (with a load-bearing capacity greater than 1.5 times the weight of the equipment), reserve an operation space of at least 50cm around the equipment, and avoid direct sunlight, proximity to heat sources or water sources.
Power connection: It must be connected to a dedicated socket with grounding protection to ensure stable power voltage. It is recommended to be equipped with a leakage protection switch of 10A or above. Power supply for this machine: 220V (50Hz/60Hz) / Can be used as an export socket.
Equipment commissioning: After installation, check if the machine body is stable. After connecting the power supply, start the equipment to run unloaded once to confirm that there is no leakage in the hydraulic system and that all buttons function properly.
