Operating Procedure

Assemble the button battery case.
Place the assembled button battery into the sealing-side hole of the mold.
Insert the flat punch.
Place the mold in the hydraulic press.
Apply pressure to approximately 1000 kg.
Remove the sealed button battery.
Place the sealed battery into the hole on the side of the mold marked “Remove.”
Insert the tapered punch.
Apply pressure to approximately 400 kg.
Remove the detached button battery.
