Operating Procedure

Place the sample into the solid-state battery mold.

Assemble the battery mold and place it into the carrier. Tighten the nut.

Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press to ensure the hydraulic orifice is ventilated.

Tighten the front knob to the right.

Swing the lever to apply pressure up to 1 ton, hold the pressure for 1 minute, then remove the mold.

Connect the air nozzle to the positive and negative electrodes for detection.
