Operating Procedure

  • Place the sample into the solid-state battery mold.

  • Assemble the battery mold and place it into the carrier. Tighten the nut.

  • Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press to ensure the hydraulic orifice is ventilated.

  • Tighten the front knob to the right.

  • Swing the lever to apply pressure up to 1 ton, hold the pressure for 1 minute, then remove the mold.

  • Connect the air nozzle to the positive and negative electrodes for detection.
