Operating Procedure

• Cylindrical molds are suitable for most sample molding and testing applications.

• Size range: Φ41–70 mm; Product thickness: 1–35 mm; Powder height: up to 50 mm.

• Custom mold sizes are available upon request.

• Assemble the mold according to the provided operation diagram and load the powder sample into the cavity.

• Place the mold at the center of the hydraulic press and apply the required pressure.

• Disassemble the mold following the withdrawal process diagram. Use the lead screw to push the compacted sample out of the mold sleeve.

• Carefully remove the mold from the press and gently take out the finished sample.

By following this procedure, operators can achieve high-density, uniform samples that meet the strict standards of laboratory testing and material analysis.
