Operating Procedure

Polygonal molds can be made into various special shapes, such as triangles, hexagons, or semicircles.
Die size: 3–20mm. Special shapes and sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.

  1. Assemble the mold according to the mold operation diagram and pack the sample inside the cavity.

  2. Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press and press to the required pressure of the sample.

  3. Assemble the mold according to the mold withdrawal process diagram, place it in the hydraulic press, and push the sample out of the mold sleeve with the lead screw.

  4. Remove the mold from the hydraulic press and gently remove the sample.
