Polystyrene Film HW-4

This standard material is mainly used for the calibration of mid-infrared analytical instruments, the verification of the detection method of the wavenumber assignment of the material, and the provision of uniform test data for the wave value of the material.

1. Sample Preparation

   • This standard material is made of 38 µm thick polystyrene film with stable physical and chemical properties.

2. Traceability and Setting Method

   • The infrared wavelength was measured by the absolute legal value, and the measurement condition was Blackman-Harris 3-term. Standard value of characteristic quantity of reference material (resolution: 4 cm⁻¹ condition).
