NDM-2 2-ton Portable IR Hydraulic Press Machine
IR Hydraulic Press Machine Feature
The infrared pressing machine is equipped with an infrared non-release mold for pressing samples. After the samples are formed, there is no need to remove the membrane. The sample formation effect is good with high transmittance. It can be directly placed in the sample chamber of the infrared spectrometer for testing. The inner diameter of the mold is 7mm; the thickness of the pressed sheet by the mold is 0.2 to 1mm.
High-Quality Construction and Performance
Equipped with a 20 mm piston diameter and a 5 mm piston throw, the NDM-2 ensures consistent pressure application. The pressure range is from 0 to 2 tons, providing versatility for various sample types. The pressure stability is maintained at <1 MPa/10 min, ensuring reliable results.
Ideal for FTIR Sample Preparation
The infrared pressing machine features an infrared non-release mold with a 7 mm inner diameter, producing samples with a thickness ranging from 0.2 to 1 mm. This design eliminates the need for demolding, allowing samples to be directly placed into the FTIR spectrometer for analysis.
Operating Procedure
-
Assemble the mold and load the sample to be pressed.
-
Place the mold into the hydraulic press and tighten the screw to secure it in place.
-
Turn the handle to the right and press upward on the side in front of you.
-
Increase the pressure to 1.8 tons and hold for one minute.
-
Loosen the front knob to the left to release the pressure.
-
Place the compressed sample into an infrared spectrometer for testing.
