    Manual Pointer Lab Press Machine features

    This series of hydraulic presses are small in size, light in weight, oil-proof, easy to carry, and can be placed in a glove box for use. They have dual dial indicators (pressure tons) and (cylinder pressure MPa) for dual display, eliminating the need for conversion when applying pressure, thus avoiding mold overpressure.

    • The press uses a pointer gauge with dual-scale display (tons and MPa), eliminating the need for manual conversion and reducing the risk of die damage.

    • Four-column structure enhances stability under load, and integrated components minimize points of leakage.

    Operating Procedure

    • Place the mold in the center of the hydraulic press.

    • Tighten the oil release valve of the hydraulic press clockwise.

    • Tighten the lead screw to hold the mold in place.

    • Shake the lever back and forth until the desired pressure is reached.

    • Loosen the oil release valve counterclockwise to release the pressure.

    • Remove the pressed mold from the hydraulic press.
