Operational Approach

To ensure accurate testing results, follow these steps during operation:

  1. Operate in a dry environment such as a dehumidified room or under an infrared lamp to prevent moisture absorption.

  2. Place the large insert board flat on the hydraulic platform with the larger side facing downward, then position the rubber ring in the center.

  3. Align a window piece over the hole, avoiding direct contact with hands to prevent contamination.

  4. Add an appropriate amount of anhydrous test sample in the center, cover it with another window, and align the pieces carefully.

  5. Install the upper cover plate and tighten the screws diagonally and gently to avoid excessive pressure or window damage.

  6. After testing, clean the tank with carbon tetrachloride, dry the components, and store them in a sealed glass container.

  7. Before reuse, if transparency is reduced, gently polish with deer skin and a small amount of anhydrous ethanol.
