High-Precision IR Gas Cell for Accurate Gas Analysis

The IR Gas Cell is designed for reliable infrared spectroscopic analysis of gaseous samples. It must be operated under dry conditions, such as in a dehumidified room or with an infrared lamp on the work surface, to ensure optimal performance. Before use, carefully place the large insert board with the steps flat on the table, big side down, and position a rubber ring in the center of the hole. Connect the interface between the gas pipe and the gas pool, inject the gas, and place the gas pool into the infrared spectrometer for testing. After analysis, disassemble promptly and clean with carbon tetrachloride. The sample should be dried and stored in glassware. Proper Handling and Maintenance

To maintain the IR Gas Cell’s precision, all components must be handled with care. When assembling the gas pool, avoid damaging the window. If the window transparency decreases, lightly grind with deer skin moistened with anhydrous ethanol before reuse. All parts should be stored with a high-quality desiccant in a dry container.
