Advanced Control and Specifications
The HMH-800 features a wide temperature control range of -800°C, with five-section adjustable continuous and segmented temperature control. The press has precise control capabilities: temperature accuracy up to 1°C and pressure accuracy of 0.1T, which can be customized according to laboratory requirements. The compact design (230×270×180mm, 3.5kg) allows easy placement in laboratory environments. Its intelligent program automatically converts and displays the sample pressure in MPa, making operation intuitive and reliable.

The HMH-800 is ideal for laboratories performing material science research, pharmaceutical analysis, and chemical testing. Operators can prepare IR samples quickly and reliably, ensuring uniform density and minimal sample loss. Combined with ir sample preparation techniques, it enables high-quality spectra and reproducible experimental results.
Operating Procedure
Set the desired temperature on the smart temperature controller. Plug in and select the appropriate quantitative ring.
Cover the sample with aluminum foil and place it in the mold.
Place the mold containing the sample into the hydraulic press.
Click "Start" to start heating. If you need multiple temperature levels, select the number of sections and the temperature holding time of each section.
Increase the pressure to 0.5 tons, do not overpressure.

Open the mold and take out the wrapped sample.
Sample thickness can be measured with a micrometer.
Setting Procedure
Plug in the power, start the switch, the device enters the power stage. The screen will automatically light up and enter the main interface. Press the "Settings" button to enter the Settings page.

When selecting a circle, the mold diameter should be accurately entered.
When selecting a square, you need to enter the mold length and width accurately.
When the mold is a heterosexual mold, it is not necessary to enter the mold size, and it cannot automatically calculate the pressure on the die.
