Operating Procedure

The button battery sealing mold features precise design, accurate pressure control, and reliable packaging. It can package CR2012, CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, CR2450, and other types of button batteries.

  1. Assemble the positive and negative electrodes of the button battery.

  2. Place the assembled button battery into the lower die of the sealing mold.

  3. Apply pressure with the sealing mold to the required level, ensuring proper molding and sealing of the positive and negative battery shells. The sealing pressure is generally 800–1200 kg.

  4. After releasing the pressure, remove the sealed button battery from the mold.
