Operating Procedure for Automatic Hydraulic Press Machine
- Load Sample and Assemble Mold
Load the sample into the mold and assemble it securely. Ensure all components are aligned correctly for accurate pressing. - Place Mold in Hydraulic Press
Insert the mold into the laboratory hydraulic press and tighten the lead screw to secure the setup. - Set Pressure Parameters
Press the Setting button to enter the pressure setting screen. Configure the target pressure and die diameter according to your sample requirements. - Start Pressurization
Return to the home screen and press Start. The electric hydraulic press will gradually increase pressure to the set target. Once reached, the system automatically maintains the pressure, then safely relieves it after completion. - Remove Sample
Loosen the top screw and remove the mold. Unplug the lower base, invert the mold, and place it into the release sleeve. Manually rotate the upper lead screw to remove the film and carefully take out the sample. - Check Sample
Inspect the sample for proper shape, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy before proceeding to further tests or analysis.

Operation Interface
Setting
Enter the Setting interface to adjust pressure, mold type, and sample parameters.
Demould
Press Release to start. The device automatically stops and relieves pressure when the set limit is reached. Manual screw operation is also available for precise control.
Data Administration
Press Data Management to view experiment parameters and historical records. Data can be exported to a USB disk for further analysis.
Pressurization Phase
Configure up to five stages of pressure in the setting interface for complex sample preparation.
Mold Type and Die Diameter
Select Round, Square, or Opposite mold type. Press Mold Diameter to set the sample size, then click Save to start the preparation cycle.
