Operating steps

1.Load the sample into the die and assemble the die.

2.Place the mold into the hydraulic press and tighten the lead screw.

3.Press Settings to enter the pressure setting screen.

4.Press "Set Pressure" to set the pressure value.

5.Set the sample shape according to Die Type.

6.Press "Die Diameter" to set the sample diameter.

7.Return to the home screen and press Start to increase the pressure.

8.When the set pressure is reached, the system automatically maintains pressure-automatically depressurizes pressure.

9.Remove the mold and view the sample.

10.The sample is tested in an infraredspectrometer
