Las diferencias entre los distintos sectores radican en el pretratamiento de las muestras, el objetivo de la detecci\u00f3n y la compatibilidad de los moldes. Abarca todo el proceso, desde la entrada de materias primas y el control de calidad intermedio hasta la inspecci\u00f3n de productos acabados en qu\u00edmica org\u00e1nica b\u00e1sica, qu\u00edmica inorg\u00e1nica y qu\u00edmica fina. La cuesti\u00f3n central que aborda es la identificaci\u00f3n cualitativa, las pruebas de pureza y la confirmaci\u00f3n estructural de materias primas y productos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Productos qu\u00edmicos org\u00e1nicos b\u00e1sicos: Para materias primas cristalinas s\u00f3lidas como alcoholes, \u00e1cidos, \u00e9steres, cetonas y arom\u00e1ticos (como \u00e1cido benzoico, anh\u00eddrido ft\u00e1lico, urea), se comprimen en pastillas para la preparaci\u00f3n de muestras. El FTIR se utiliza para detectar la pureza y trazas de impurezas, verificando la autenticidad de las materias primas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Productos qu\u00edmicos inorg\u00e1nicos: Para la compresi\u00f3n de polvo de carbonatos (carbonato de calcio, carbonato de sodio), \u00f3xidos (di\u00f3xido de titanio, \u00f3xido de zinc) y sales inorg\u00e1nicas (cloruro de potasio, sulfato de sodio), las formas cristalinas (como calcio ligero \/ calcio pesado) se identifican mediante picos caracter\u00edsticos del infrarrojo medio, y se detectan las impurezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00edmica fina: Para el prensado de colorante, pigmento, polvo de recubrimiento y polvo de resina adhesiva, se realiza un an\u00e1lisis FTIR para determinar la composici\u00f3n de los grupos funcionales, confirmar si la estructura del producto cumple los requisitos de formulaci\u00f3n y detectar los residuos de aditivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"744\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-2-1024x744.webp\" alt=\"aplicaci\u00f3n industrial de las m\u00e1quinas hidr\u00e1ulicas IR\" class=\"wp-image-6298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-2-1024x744.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-2-300x218.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-2-768x558.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-2-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-2.webp 1204w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Industria farmac\u00e9utica y de dispositivos m\u00e9dicos (n\u00facleo de las pruebas de conformidad)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a las normas GMP de la industria farmac\u00e9utica, es el m\u00e9todo est\u00e1ndar de preparaci\u00f3n de muestras para materias primas, excipientes farmac\u00e9uticos y materiales de envasado farmac\u00e9utico. Los espectros de comprimidos prensados KBr producidos por la m\u00e1quina de prensado de infrarrojos son la base espectral legal para la detecci\u00f3n farmac\u00e9utica por infrarrojos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principio farmac\u00e9utico activo: Para la cristalizaci\u00f3n de ingredientes farmac\u00e9uticos activos s\u00f3lidos (como amoxicilina, ibuprofeno, vitaminas), se lleva a cabo la preparaci\u00f3n de comprimidos. FTIR se utiliza para identificar la estructura qu\u00edmica, caracterizar la forma cristalina (la forma cristalina afecta directamente a la eficacia del f\u00e1rmaco) y detectar sustancias relacionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excipientes farmac\u00e9uticos: Para excipientes s\u00f3lidos como almid\u00f3n, lactosa, estearato de magnesio y carboximetilcelulosa, FTIR se utiliza para la identificaci\u00f3n de la autenticidad y la detecci\u00f3n de la pureza durante la compresi\u00f3n del polvo, evitando as\u00ed la adulteraci\u00f3n del excipiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envases farmac\u00e9uticos: Los pl\u00e1sticos farmac\u00e9uticos (PP\/PE\/PVC) y los tapones de goma se trituran hasta convertirlos en polvo y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se prensan para formar comprimidos. El FTIR se utiliza para comprobar si los componentes cumplen los requisitos de los materiales en contacto con productos farmac\u00e9uticos y para analizar los residuos de aditivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medicina tradicional china \/ Medicinas naturales: El polvo y los cristales de extracto de la medicina tradicional china se comprimen en comprimidos. Utilice FTIR para identificar los tipos de material, analizar los cambios en los grupos funcionales (como oxidaci\u00f3n, degradaci\u00f3n) y detectar el contenido de aditivos (antioxidantes, plastificantes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materiales de fibra textil: El algod\u00f3n, el lino, el poli\u00e9ster, el polipropileno y otras fibras se trituran y se muelen en polvo y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se prensan en pastillas. El FTIR obtiene con precisi\u00f3n el espectro infrarrojo de la matriz de la fibra, que se utiliza para la identificaci\u00f3n de fibras recicladas y fibras nativas, as\u00ed como para el an\u00e1lisis de las formas cristalinas de las fibras (complementando la detecci\u00f3n de la superficie en el accesorio ATR para lograr la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la estructura de la matriz de la fibra).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuevos materiales para bater\u00edas de litio: Para materiales cat\u00f3dicos (fosfato de hierro y litio, materiales ternarios), materiales an\u00f3dicos (grafito, materiales a base de silicio), compactaci\u00f3n de polvo electrol\u00edtico en estado s\u00f3lido, se utiliza FTIR para detectar componentes y analizar grupos funcionales superficiales (como capa de recubrimiento de carbono, capa de \u00f3xido), y optimizar el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n de materiales;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materiales compuestos: Preparar la resina matriz y el polvo de relleno para los materiales compuestos, realizar an\u00e1lisis FTIR para determinar el estado de uni\u00f3n en la interfaz y caracterizar la compatibilidad de los materiales compuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"593\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-4-1024x593.webp\" alt=\"aplicaci\u00f3n industrial de las m\u00e1quinas hidr\u00e1ulicas IR\" class=\"wp-image-6300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-4-1024x593.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-4-300x174.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-4-768x445.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-4-18x10.webp 18w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/industrial-application-of-IR-hydraulic-machines-4.webp 1268w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Industria textil y de telas no tejidas (An\u00e1lisis preciso de materias primas \/ recubrimientos)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida de laboratorio adicional para el ATR, aborda los requisitos de detecci\u00f3n precisa del n\u00facleo de la fibra, el polvo de recubrimiento y los aditivos en la industria textil \/ de telas no tejidas, sirviendo como m\u00e9todo preciso de preparaci\u00f3n de muestras para la trazabilidad de materias primas y la resoluci\u00f3n de disputas de calidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u00e1lisis del n\u00facleo de fibra: Las fibras textiles y las fibras de telas no tejidas (algod\u00f3n, viscosa, poli\u00e9ster, polipropileno) se trituraron y molieron hasta convertirlas en polvo. Tras prensar y preparar las muestras, se utiliz\u00f3 FTIR para la detecci\u00f3n con el fin de eliminar las interferencias de los agentes de acabado superficial y los revestimientos de las superficies de las telas\/telas no tejidas, y obtener el espectro puro del n\u00facleo de la fibra, que se utiliza para la identificaci\u00f3n de las fibras regeneradas y el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de las formas cristalinas de las fibras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u00e1lisis de agentes de recubrimiento\/acabado: Prensar los polvos cristalinos de revestimiento hidr\u00f3filo de tela no tejida, revestimiento impermeable y agentes de acabado funcionales textiles (retardantes de llama, agentes antiest\u00e1ticos) en pastillas. Utilice FTIR para identificar los componentes de los agentes de acabado y analizar la composici\u00f3n del grupo funcional para confirmar si los agentes de acabado cumplen los requisitos de formulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pruebas de agentes auxiliares: Prepare agentes auxiliares s\u00f3lidos (como agentes blanqueadores, agentes suavizantes, etc.) para textiles \/ telas no tejidas en tabletas. Es el equipo b\u00e1sico para el control de calidad de materias primas y la inspecci\u00f3n de productos en laboratorios metal\u00fargicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materias primas metal\u00fargicas: Los polvos compactos se fabrican a partir de mineral de hierro, mineral de cobre, bauxita y otros polvos minerales.
