Relaci\u00f3n inadecuada entre la muestra y el KBr<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es la raz\u00f3n principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la proporci\u00f3n de la muestra es demasiado alta, se producir\u00e1 una disminuci\u00f3n de la adhesividad global de la mezcla, y las pastillas prensadas tendr\u00e1n una textura suelta. Durante el desmoldeo, son propensas a agrietarse y a desprender part\u00edculas;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la proporci\u00f3n de KBr es demasiado alta y la muestra no se dispersa uniformemente, tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 zonas en las que las part\u00edculas se desprendan por falta de fuerza de adherencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomendaci\u00f3n general de proporci\u00f3n: La proporci\u00f3n de masa de las muestras s\u00f3lidas respecto al KBr suele ser de 1:100 a 1:200. Para el experimento de prensado, es necesario realizar m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticas y realizar los ajustes adecuados de la proporci\u00f3n dentro de un rango determinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.Molienda y mezcla insuficientes, con part\u00edculas gruesas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las muestras y el KBr no se molieron a fondo, lo que dio lugar a tama\u00f1os de part\u00edcula demasiado grandes. Esto impedir\u00eda que las part\u00edculas se adhirieran estrechamente entre s\u00ed durante el prensado del comprimido, dejando muchos huecos. La estructura de la pastilla quedar\u00eda suelta, y se desmoronar\u00eda y caer\u00eda al retirar el molde por la fuerza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, si se introduce humedad durante el proceso de trituraci\u00f3n, o si el propio KBr absorbe humedad, las part\u00edculas se aglutinar\u00e1n, lo que provocar\u00e1 una mezcla desigual y, potencialmente, una resistencia insuficiente en determinadas zonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soluci\u00f3n: Durante el proceso de molienda, procure operar en un entorno seco. Triture la mezcla hasta que no haya una sensaci\u00f3n evidente de part\u00edculas (normalmente de 3 a 5 minutos), y aseg\u00farese de que la muestra est\u00e1 completamente mezclada con KBr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/demolding-IR-tablets-2.webp\" alt=\"Desmoldeo de comprimidos IR\" class=\"wp-image-6166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/demolding-IR-tablets-2.webp 800w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/demolding-IR-tablets-2-300x300.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/demolding-IR-tablets-2-150x150.webp 150w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/demolding-IR-tablets-2-768x768.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.hcftir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/demolding-IR-tablets-2-12x12.webp 12w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.Par\u00e1metros inadecuados para la operaci\u00f3n de prensado de comprimidos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Presi\u00f3n insuficiente o tiempo de retenci\u00f3n demasiado corto: Una presi\u00f3n insuficiente impide que las part\u00edculas se compriman hasta el punto en que las fuerzas intermoleculares puedan unirlas firmemente; un tiempo de retenci\u00f3n demasiado corto significa que la presi\u00f3n no puede distribuirse uniformemente por toda la l\u00e1mina, lo que da lugar a una estructura interna suelta y a un agrietamiento f\u00e1cil al desmoldar. Las condiciones convencionales son una presi\u00f3n de 10 a 15 MPa y un tiempo de mantenimiento de 1 a 2 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presi\u00f3n excesiva o aplicaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de la presi\u00f3n: La presi\u00f3n supera la capacidad del molde y de la muestra, o la aplicaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n es demasiado r\u00e1pida. En el interior de la chapa se generar\u00e1n tensiones internas. Cuando se desmolde la l\u00e1mina, la liberaci\u00f3n de tensiones provocar\u00e1 grietas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operaci\u00f3n incorrecta antes de prensar: Al colocar la muestra en el molde, antes de insertar la varilla de prensado, aseg\u00farese de girar la varilla de prensado superior para asegurar que la muestra est\u00e9 uniformemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operaci\u00f3n de desmoldeo incorrecta: Si la fuerza durante el desmoldeo es demasiado fuerte o desigual, o si la pared interior del molde no est\u00e1 limpia, har\u00e1 que la pel\u00edcula se pegue al molde. Soluci\u00f3n: Seleccione el reactivo KBr de grado espectral de Tianjin Hengchuangda Company. Antes de usarlo, s\u00e9quelo a 110-120\u2103 durante 2-4 horas. Al moler y mezclar las muestras, operar bajo una l\u00e1mpara de secado por infrarrojos.
