Las precauciones son las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Antes del uso, afloje el tornillo del orificio de inyecci\u00f3n de aceite de la m\u00e1quina de prensado (delante del indicador de aguja) para evitar que entre aire y provoque el fallo de prensado de la m\u00e1quina;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Durante el uso, la presi\u00f3n debe ajustarse a 8 toneladas. Si la presi\u00f3n supera este l\u00edmite, el troquel se romper\u00e1;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Despu\u00e9s de cada uso, libere la presi\u00f3n a tiempo. No mantenga la presi\u00f3n durante mucho tiempo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. A\u00f1ada regularmente aceite lubricante o vaselina a la varilla del tornillo para evitar que \u00e9sta se bloquee y afecte al uso de la m\u00e1quina de prensado;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Este producto utiliza aceite hidr\u00e1ulico de 68 grados resistente al desgaste. Si hay escasez de aceite, reponga a tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Si no hay presi\u00f3n, siga la gu\u00eda de soluci\u00f3n de obstrucci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n en la p\u00e1gina 3 para el funcionamiento o p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el fabricante para obtener orientaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I. Pasos operativos<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prensa hidr\u00e1ulica de infrarrojos est\u00e1 equipada con un molde infrarrojo no desmoldable para prensar las muestras. Una vez formadas las muestras, no es necesario retirar la membrana. El efecto de formaci\u00f3n de la muestra es excelente y la transmitancia es alta. Puede colocarse directamente en la c\u00e1mara de muestras del espectr\u00f3metro de infrarrojos para realizar pruebas. Despu\u00e9s de secar el polvo de bromuro de potasio (colocarlo en un horno de secado o bajo una l\u00e1mpara de calentamiento, ajustado a 110\u00b0C, y dejarlo secar durante 10 minutos), mezclarlo uniformemente con la muestra en una proporci\u00f3n de \"1 (muestra): 150 (bromuro de potasio)\". Coloque el troquel en el centro del banco de trabajo, desenrosque la tuerca de la parte delantera del indicador de aguja, no cierre este orificio de aceite, para evitar que las burbujas de aire generadas por el cilindro durante el uso provoquen el bloqueo de la presi\u00f3n ascendente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Apriete la varilla roscada superior hacia la derecha (mientras lo hace, aseg\u00farese de que el troquel est\u00e1 centrado en la mesa de trabajo de la m\u00e1quina de prensado).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Agite la palanca y aplique una presi\u00f3n de 8 toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Retire los asientos de presi\u00f3n superior e inferior. El diafragma ha sido presionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Inserte la placa de enchufe en el espectr\u00f3metro de infrarrojos para realizar la prueba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>II. Gu\u00eda para superar obst\u00e1culos y resolver presiones<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.El tornillo 17 no estaba bien apoyado en la parte inferior o el objeto de apoyo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>era demasiado blando y se deformaba bajo presi\u00f3n, por lo que el man\u00f3metro no mostraba presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El tornillo de inyecci\u00f3n de aceite 13 no estaba aflojado, lo que provoc\u00f3 que el aceite hidr\u00e1ulico no fluyera hacia abajo y el cilindro no pudiera aspirar aceite, por lo que no se pudo aplicar la presi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El v\u00e1stago de la v\u00e1lvula de descarga de aceite 8 no est\u00e1 bien fijado. El aceite hidr\u00e1ulico ha vuelto al dep\u00f3sito de aceite y no se puede mantener la presi\u00f3n, por lo que no se genera presi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El nivel de aceite hidr\u00e1ulico en el dep\u00f3sito de aceite 14 es demasiado bajo. Esto hace que el sistema no aspire aceite, lo que provoca la ausencia de presi\u00f3n en la prensa de comprimidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si entra aire en el conducto de aceite, utilice un destornillador fino para abrir la bola del interior de la v\u00e1lvula unidireccional.
